Bingo King Philippines Partners with Parlay Games to Launch Classic Online and Live Bingo

BK Systems Philippines, Inc. "BKSP", and Parlay Games Inc. "Parlay", announced today the prior formulation of a Joint Venture arrangement, which over the past several months has built an iBingo platform which will be dedicated to offer an RGS bingo solution to BKSP‘s land based electronic bingo partners throughout the Philippines.

Parlay‘s classic 90 and 75 ball bingo products will be used in addition to its recently launched live bingo and mobile POS products, all owing land based bingo operators to extend their businesses outside their traditional bingo hall footprints. Over the past 18 months, Parlay‘s version 6 bingo platform has been updated and modernized with substantial new content and products available; with version 7 and a full suite of bingo 2.0 products to be released in Q4 2021. As the Philippines have been hit particularly hard by COVID, with all land based bingo halls remaining closed, these businesses require technical online and live bingo solutions, which for the first time, is being supported by PAGCOR, the country‘s gaming regulator.

The Partners will be announcing completed commercial agreement with various international bingo network partners in the coming months.
